Served lead role in the sale of generation assets located at 12 sites in 4 different states.  Efforts included, but were not limited to “Teaser” and Info Memo preparation, management presentations, Q&A, sale negotiations, and company strategy in overall process. Transaction valued at $US 1.48 billion.

Led efforts in this early stage project development acquisition, including all permitting, EPC contract, fuel supply and pipeline arrangements, partner negotiations, financing and implementation.  At the time of commercial operations, the value of this project was approximately $US 354 million.

Led involvement in this peaking project located in Maryland.  Efforts included joint venture arrangements with a cooperative utility, EPC negotiations, project planning, securing O&M role and other required project contracts.  At the time of commercial operations, the entire project value was approximately $US 320 million.

Played key role in finalizing critical project documents, including creation and execution of a protocol with a government owned utility in Morocco for this approximate $US 1.3 billion project, comprising 4 coal-fired units with a total capacity of over 1,300MW.

Led joint-venture role in a wind development company that advanced and/or created over 500MW of potential wind projects in NY, PA and Ohio. Led sale of this JV interest via a competitive process.

Successfully developed and closed financing for a $US 750 million South American project, consisting of the structuring and financing for: i. the acquisition and rehabilitation of an existing 230 MW thermal power plant, and ii. a new 750 MW gas turbine combined cycle power plant.

Lead role in a 42MW Central American diesel-fired gen set project, including partner, EPC and financing negotiations.
